Sefar have been instrumental since very early on with construction donations, technical advice, assistance and training, and introductions to other organisations within the screen printing industry.
We exclusively use Sefar screen mesh produced just across the border in Kabinburi, Thailand. We use Sefar's pneumatic clamping and stretching system to make our screens. |
Our core printing equipment is a family of 3 HIX NP 4 station, 6 head manual, rotary printing presses.
We have parts on site to expand these to 6 station, 6 head presses to give us "all heads down" capability when required. We also run a HIX 1 station, 4 head rotary bench press that can accept oversized screens up to 1m x 0.7m for large format work. |
Our main inks are from the Wilflex Plastisol range. Plastisol inks don't air dry so they have two great advantages:
1 - They don't clog the screens in Cambodia's heat. 2 - Any excess ink left in the screens after a job can be scooped up and used in future jobs meaning next to no waste! |
