Recycling and Repurposing

Waste Not, Want Not

Our process of screen printing leaves us with many left over plastic ink-jet film positives. Not wanting to throw these away and have them end up in landfill, we've teamed up with our neighbours at Treak Community Centre and shrink them down and shred them in order to use them as aggregate for concrete bricks. These bricks are them used to build classrooms for the centre and toilet blocks for the local community.
